Roland V-Synth

In 2003, Roland introduced the V-Synth, a state-of-the-art synthesizer that incorporated some of the most impressive features available at the time. This flagship model offered users the ability to create a vast array of lifelike and dynamic sounds by combining various oscillator technologies, sampling capabilities, and advanced COSM filtering.

With the V-Synth, musicians had the power to manipulate a waveform's pitch, time, and formant in real-time, in addition to utilising a powerful arpeggiator and a range of controllers such as the groundbreaking TimeTrip Pad and twin D-Beam controllers. All these features came together to produce sounds that could be morphed, moved, evolved, and ultimately, resulted in a completely original and unique sound.
