BOSS CE-2B Bass Chorus - Green Label

The CE-2B was Boss's first bass-specific chorus pedal, designed to apply the chorus effect primarily to the upper harmonics, preserving the clarity of the low-end frequencies. It features controls for Rate, Depth, and Effect Level, and utilizes the MN3007 bucket-brigade device (BBD) chip for its analog chorus effect.

The green label Boss CE-2B Bass Chorus pedal was manufactured in Japan from its introduction in February 1987 until production shifted to Taiwan in late 1989. These Japanese-made units are identifiable by their green labels and are often sought after by collectors and musicians for their build quality and tonal characteristics.
