1980 Fender Mustang Bass - Natural Finish w/ HSC (4.9kg)
Stunning vintage Fender Mustang bass, short scale beauty with natural gloss finish and split single coil pickup. A solid chug machine with a great chunky neck. Featuring an ash body, maple neck with rosewood fretboard with a 9.5" radius and a 30" scale length. The classic Mustang split coil pickup is controlled by a volume and tone pot affixed to a chrome plate.
Strung with Newtone roundwound strings. Includes non original case. Guitar weight 4.9kg. Serial number suggests guitar was made in 1978 however this is a peculiarity of Fender guitars with 78/79 serials and can be more accurately dated by the pots (1980).
