This overdrive leans into the feel of an old Plexi pushed hard, using dual JFET stages to get that familiar mix of bite and sag without needing the real amp at full volume. The controls behave like the front of a vintage head, so you can blend the Treble and Normal sides to find the sweet spot where the mids open up and the highs start to snarl. Running it at 18 volts adds extra room for heavier picking and bigger chords, while 9 volts keeps things a little looser and more ragged. It ends up feeling less like a modern distortion box and more like a small slice of a loud, cranky amp that reacts to how you play. Relay-style true bypass.
