1979 Fender Telecaster Olympic White

Beautiful 1979 Fender Telecaster in Olympic White, now yellowed with age and looking like a true vintage gem. Sporting an ash body with a black 3 ply pickguard, maple neck with a deep C neck profile and 4 bolt heel, a beautiful cut of dark rosewood slab for the fingerboard with 21 medium jumbo frets and white pearloid inlays. The standard array of controls command two classic Tele single coil pickups, giving you tones from twang through rock all the way to smooth clean jazz. Hardware includes the Tele ashtray bridge with 3 upgraded barrel saddles and original '70s 'F' style tuners. Guitars weighs roughly 4.5 kgs.

'78 neck, '79 body and pots. The original Olympic White has yellowed with age to an almost Butterscotch Blonde. Upgraded saddles - original saddles in case. Nut has been replaced with non-bleached bone nut and has has a re-fret. Includes Fender USA hard case and original saddles. Switch cap also most likely replaced. Burns and scuffs pictured.
